About Me

The Archieness

The Archieness

I am a three year old Border Terrier named Archie (although my Kennel Club name is much longer, and has something to do with trees) – otherwise known as The Archieness in order to distinguish me from all the other Archies out there.

My home is with my human Mum and Dad, who would describe me as scruffy, cheeky and bold. I, however, would describe myself as handsome, charming and urbane (whatever that means).

I spend my time following my Mum around, being stroked by my Dad, eating my doggie chews on his feet, and sleeping. I go out every day for a walk, ride around in the car, and love to look for cats, toads, and other wildlife. Most of all, I observe – people, places, whatever.

The reason I have this blog is because my Dad is doing a Masters degree in writing, and has to learn all about blogging. He has this idea that what goes on in my head and life is worth sharing with the world. Of course, I totally agree with him. But can I trust him to write down the truth, or will he go off into flights of fancy? He’s a bit puddled, you see.

I’m prepared to give him a chance at getting it right, but if he doesn’t, I might just refuse to talk to him.

Please feel free to leave a comment here, or on any of my posts, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Archie (also known as The Archieness).
